SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Touché Body Image™ and Touché Kitty Kits™. We appreciate your support and are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding holidays) after your order is placed.
Please note that processing times may increase during:
- Product launches
- Sales events
- Holidays
- High-volume order periods
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS
We currently ship within the United States using reputable carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

Expedited Shipping
1–3 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Touché Body Image™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Undeliverable addresses
- Refused deliveries
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Touché Body Image™ is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related delays
- Delivery errors by the carrier
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim when applicable.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order number
- Photographs of damaged items
- Photographs of the shipping package
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of replacement requests.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after an order has been submitted.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Touché Body Image™ ships only within the United States.
International shipping may become available in the future.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
