ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Touché Kitty Kits™, Touché Kitty Oils™, Yoni Steam Blends, Yoni Steam Seats, Wellness Kits, and all related products are considered personal-use wellness products.

For sanitary, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any products once an order has been placed.

  • Gift Sets

  • Sale or Clearance Merchandise
  • Any opened or unopened products

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Product expectations

  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Delayed use of product

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping package

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
